Certification
Federal judge blocks Arizona Democrat Secretary of State from certifying 2024 election if counties withhold certification due to fraud. Plaintiffs claimed giving Secretary of State authority to proceed with the state canvass without counting votes from any county that failed to certify results in time posed a significant risk of disenfranchising voters.
Drop Boxes
Despite drop boxes being legal in Wisconsin, local government officials fight to ban them. Disputes point to widespread distrust of drop boxes as a ballot return option, after the liberal-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court legalized them this year.
Fraud Cases

DeKalb GOP v Raffensperger (Georgia): “Can the system be accessed remotely?” Answer: “Yes” Watch this X video post of the hearing and see comments for more video testimony. Comment: “My 10-yr old grandson could elect Mickey Mouse, without a trace.”
Mail-In Voting
Michigan ignoring Congress’ request to let challengers observe mail-in ballots. Clerks are taking ballots home — with no observers present — to check voters’ registration, document dates of receipt, and verify signatures.
Noncitizen Voting
Voter registration citizenship check failure in Arizona affected 218,000 voters, not the previously claimed 98,000. The Arizona Secretary of State’s Office announced that approximately 120,000 more voter registrations were discovered to have not been checked for citizenship, more than double the previous estimate.
DOJ charges illegal immigrant with voting in multiple elections. Illegal immigrant from Guatemala agreed to a guilty plea after being charged with nine counts in Alabama.
MN Congressman, GOP colleagues demand answers as concerns about noncitizen voting grow. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer and his congressional colleagues are demanding answers from the Minnesota Secretary of State and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to ensure ineligible, noncitizens are not automatically registered to vote in Minnesota.
Voter ID
Squabbles over voter ID requirements as election nears. Legislation passed in California to ban voter id implementation by local governments, lawsuit to strike voter id down in New Hampshire, and NC state elections board rejects student digital ids as valid voter identification.
California outlaws local voter ID rules. Local governments in CA will be barred from establishing local laws that require residents present identification to vote in elections under a new law signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom. This is a direct response to a controversial ballot measure approved this year by voters in Huntington Beach requiring people to show photo identification at the polls. It will take effect on Jan. 1.
Voter Registration
Finally: five US Congressmen sue PA election officials after they tell clerks to exclude any verification requirements for overseas voter applicants. The Democratic party is moving ahead with their stated scheme to find (create?) a stunning 1.7 million NEW Democratic UOCAVA (Uniformed Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act) voters in 7 swing states who are living, working, or traveling overseas during the election season.
Perils of online registration: Michigan voter who was registered but denied a ballot settles lawsuit for $20,000. The voter had registered online but her address didn’t appear on Election Day in the electronic roster of voters. She could’ve been given a provisional ballot or registered again on-the-spot but was turned away.
Voter Rolls
Democrats resist cleaning up voter rolls: Nevada election chief blocks inspection of suspect voter names in swing state. Local election directors told not to investigate names of thousands of people who left the state but remain on its voter rolls. Citizen Outreach Foundation is suing Clark County, which includes Las Vegas. The suit also targets Washoe County, Carson City, and Storey County.
Lawsuit: Nevada clerks are failing to process challenges to voter rolls. Legal challenge comes after Dem Secretary of State directed local clerks to refrain from complying with voter registrant challenges made under a specific provision of state law. Citizen Outreach Foundation filed affidavits challenging the eligibility of nearly 4,000 registrants.
Common Sense Elections Team member funds Georgia lawsuit against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. The team found over 30,000 Georgia voters with multiple voter ID numbers. Focus Turns to Millions of Overseas Military & Civilian Votes
Voter Rolls
Virginia: Early Voting Trends: Surge in Overseas Ballot Requests. Department of Elections’ Daily Absentee List (DAL) shows a spike in absentee-ballot requests from the overseas citizens portion of what is known as UOCAVA voters. Virginia, just a few days into early voting, has now reached the same number of “Federal Write-in Absentee” (FWAB) ballots on the third day of early voting as it did in all of 2020.
The cheat is on! Democrats reveal their plan to use overseas ballots to win in 2024 — Here’s how easy it is to cheat — are Republicans really going to let this happen? DNC released a memo announcing it would spend six figures to collect up to 9 million Democratic votes from overseas. Problem is only 4.4 million US citizens reside overseas, and only 2.8 million of those are of voting age.
North Carolina removes 747,000 ineligible voters from its rolls, including over 130,000 deceased. The purge, over the last 20 months, comes after a lawsuit filed by the RNC and the North Carolina Republican Party against the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE). NCSBE is accused of violating the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) by improperly registering over 225,000 voters.
Oklahoma removes 450,000 ineligible voters from rolls, including more than 5,000 felons. Since 2021 the state has removed 5,607 felons, 14,993 duplicate registrations, 97,065 deceased, and 143,682 voters who moved out of state, according to the release. During address verification, officials also canceled 194,962 inactive voters.
A win for transparency in Colorado: court orders the state to disclose ERIC data reports. U.S. District Court in Colorado has issued an order requiring Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold to disclose ERIC data reports concerning potentially deceased registrants on the state’s voter roll. These reports include deaths that have occurred within the last three years.
DOJ sues Alabama, state's top election official for allegedly purging noncitizen voters too close to election. Noncitizen identification numbers are a tax-processing number issued by the IRS to ensure people—including undocumented immigrants—pay taxes. Wisconsin SOS identified over 3,000 registered voters with noncitizen id numbers and removed them.
ICYMI: Why won’t this swing state clear 4 million ineligible names from their voter rolls? Wisconsin Election Commission defends keeping ineligible voters on the rolls to safeguard against fraud and claims removing the records would lose their voting history. Many other states delete ineligible names or create archives to preserve history.
Drop Boxes
Wisconsin mayor takes matters into his own hands removing ballot drop box outside city hall. The Wausau mayor carted away the unsecured drop box on a dolly, ensuring its safety until the city council could make an official decision regarding its use.
Gaming the System
Languishing lawsuit poised to reappear just in time for election. It asks a federal judge to put Trump, his campaign, and the RNC under court supervision that would require them to seek pre-approval before “engaging in any activities related to recounts, certifications, or similar post-election activities,” and to bar the defendants from intimidating voters, poll workers and other election officials.
Trump's top legal foe to be handed 'unprecedented' election power ahead of November election. NY Attorney General is granted widespread power over state’s election process. “What's better than having both sides have a stake in the outcome, both sides wanting to and needing to make sure that elections are run smoothly and fairly? And now you have a partisan elected official stepping in to essentially have veto power over our boards of elections." - Election Attorney Joseph Burns.
Hand Counts
Why is this controversial? Georgia's election board OKs rule to hand-count ballots. Rule provides for hand-counting the number of ballots cast, to match machine counts. Hand-count rule does not provide for tabulating candidate votes by hand. Georgia is under intense scrutiny regarding election certification as a swing state.
Mail-In Voting
Emergency complaint filed by RNC in Wisconsin. Over 1,000 absentee ballots mailed to ineligible voters (deceased, moved, mentally incompetent, undeliverable addresses). RNC is asking for an emergency response from the state elections commission by Friday, September 27.
GOP sues Pennsylvania on vote-by-mail ballot rule. Litigation focuses on inconsistent standards for allowing voters to correct—or “cure”—ballots. Pennsylvania Supreme Court held in 2020 that voters who choose to vote by mail don’t have the legal right to cure defects in those ballots. RNC claims Secretary Schmidt’s policy ignores the law.
Conservative appeals court panel set to hear GOP challenge that could invalidate millions of mail-in votes. RNC and Libertarian Party are challenging a Mississippi law that allows votes cast by mail to be counted if they are postmarked by Election Day and received by a specified deadline — within five days in Mississippi, seven days in California and up to 14 days in other states.
Little has changed: Mail-in ballot fiascos. More alarming concerns around USPS handling election mail. In 2005 the Commission on Federal Election Reform chaired by former President Carter pointed out that “absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.” Even the New York Times admitted in 2012 that “votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth.”
Noncitizen Voting
Oregon DMV: Number of mistakenly registered noncitizens balloons from 300 to over 1,200 after examining more records. Governor calls for more training.
Illegal aliens living in Phoenix, Arizona apartment complex admit being registered to vote, express interest in voting for Kamala Harris (video). This is why the Biden-Harris Regime ferried in more than 15 million illegal aliens over the last 3 years.
Will noncitizen vote be decisive in 7 battleground states? Here are the numbers. “In some states even if only a modest portion of noncitizens voted, it could possibly flip the state, as some states are likely to be decided by less than 30,000 votes,” said Steven Camarota, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies.
AZ Supreme Court rules nearly 98,000 Arizonans with unconfirmed citizenship can vote the full ballot. AZ law requires proof of citizenship to vote in local and state elections. Arizona Supreme Court unanimously ruled Friday that nearly 98,000 people whose citizenship documents hadn’t been confirmed can vote a full ballot, including state and local races.
Lawsuit filed against Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and DMV officials to remove any non-citizens in WisVote database in time for November 5th election. A citizen plaintiff is asking for a Writ of Mandamus and Declaratory Judgement from the Circuit Court in Waukesha County ordering WEC officials to immediately follow the law by removing any non-US citizens with a Wisconsin Driver’s License and or Photo ID in the WisVote database.
Iowa Attorney General to prosecute noncitizen charged with alleged voter fraud. According to the criminal complaint, Jorge Oscar Sanchez-Vasquez allegedly signed a voter registration form, vouching under oath, that he was a citizen of the United States and was legally allowed to vote. He then allegedly voted in a city council special election in July 2024.
Illinois lawmaker introduces legislation to criminalize registering noncitizens to vote. HB 5875 provides that, except as otherwise provided by federal law, any person who is not a citizen of the United States and who knowingly registers to vote or knowingly votes in an election, including a municipal election, shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony. And that…any person who knowingly registers a person to vote who is not a citizen of the United States shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.

Is Louisiana’s voting system unconstitutional? Louisiana Constitution requires “Ballots shall be counted publicly and preserved inviolate as provided by law until any election contests have been settled…” Lawsuit claims the system is unconstitutional because of the use of a machine-based voting apparatus to count the votes, making it impossible to publicly count them.
Mail-In Voting
Election officials warn of Postal Service problems amid 2024 elections. The officials wrote in a letter to the Postmaster General the problems demonstrate “a pervasive lack of understanding and enforcement of USPS policies among its employees.” Is the stage being set to extend dates for receiving mail ballots past election day?
Non-citizen Voting
Florida election chief says DHS ‘not cooperative’ on non-citizen voter roll cases. Biden administration is accused of not being cooperative as states attempt to remove non-citizens from their voter rolls ahead of the 2024 election.
