Kingsbury was employed as an FBI analyst in the Kansas City FBI office since 2011 but her contact with terrorist groups begin in 2000.
June 29, 2023, Southern District of Texas: According to court documents, Kaan Sercan Damlarkaya, 23, attempted to join and support ISIS from August 2017 until his arrest in December 2017. He pleaded guilty July 8, 2019. In addition to wanting to join ISIS, Damlarkaya also provided information to ISIS supporters about the use of machetes, homemade construction of an automatic weapon and how to build and use explosive materials. June 29, 2023, Damlarkaya was sentenced to 13 years and nine months, in prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release for attempting to provide material support to Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization.
June 27, 2023: The numbers show that the secret to peace is to stop funding terrorists. Each year that Trump was in office, fewer people in Israel were killed by terrorists while every year that Biden has been in office, the number of people killed by terrorists has increased.
June 23, 2023, Chicago, IL: Adel Daoud was convicted for trying to blow up what he thought was a 1,000-pound car bomb in the Chicago Loop back in 2012. It turned out it was an FBI sting operation. Daoud pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 16 years in prison, but a federal appeals court ruled that punishment wasn't harsh enough and ordered a new sentencing hearing.
May 11, 2023, FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio (WOIO): A 59-year-old Muslim man accused of killing his wife inside their Fairview Park home appeared in Rocky River Municipal Court Thursday morning. The judge ordered Mohammed Draz held on a $1 million bond. Draz allegedly called 911 around 10 a.m. Wednesday after the attack inside the couple’s house in the 21000 block of Westwood Ave.
June 20, 2023, Canada: Islamic Relief Canada (IRC), a steady contributor of funds to the Islamist charity, Islamic Worldwide Relief (IRW), scored a victory in its ongoing effort to protect itself and its UK-based affiliate from legitimate scrutiny and criticism. The victory comes in the form of a settlement with prominent counter-Islamists in Canada who had previously warned government officials of IRC’s support for IRW, which in turn gave money to Palestinian organizations that appeared to serve as Hamas proxies. Now, Canadians who write or talk about the problem of charitable donations being used to fund terrorism overseas could very well lose their homes because speaking about the problem is “Islamophobic.”
June 18, 2023, North Carolina: A convicted terrorist financier serving a 30-year sentence in U.S. federal prison was recently released under the First Step Act after serving only 23 years, and said he “would be proud” to send money again to the same terrorist organization he was convicted of providing support to. Mohamad Youssef Hammoud, a Lebanese national who illegally immigrated to the U.S. in 1992, was convicted in 2002 of providing material support to Hezbollah, a Lebanon-based militant group that the State Department designates a terrorist organization, among a number of other charges. Hammoud was initially sentenced to 155 years in prison, but the punishment was later vacated by the U.S. Supreme Court. He was re-sentenced to 30 years in 2011.

After he graduated from high school, he worked at a Papa John’s pizza shop in Stow, Ohio, for a while, and then, in Sept. 2019, joined the U.S. Army. He got sent to Fort Stewart in Georgia, where he became a cavalry scout. Thousands of young Americans have followed paths similar to the one Bridges embarked upon, but then he took a sharp turn no one expected: on Wednesday, Cole James Bridges pleaded guilty to trying to aid ISIS’ efforts to kill American soldiers.
June 14, 2023, Evansville, Indiana: Shocking body camera footage shows the moment an Indiana woman threatened to decapitate local police officers as she claimed she was a member of the Islamic State terrorist group. Sierra Justice Malloy, 43, could be seen in body camera footage threatening to decapitate Evansville, Indiana, police officers. She allegedly admitted to tearing down a business' American flag, setting it on fire and replacing it with a green ISIS flag. Malloy is now charged with flag desecration, intimidation, criminal mischief and trespassing. She is being held on a $1,500 bond.
June 14, 2023, Oregon: An Oregon-based Islamic State propagandist pleaded guilty to providing material support to the designated terrorist organization before a federal court, the US Justice Department announced. Hawazen Sameer Mothafar, 33, immigrated from Iraq in 2014 to Oregon. At the time of his immigration, he had been an ISIS supporter and co-founded a pro-terrorism media organization to promote the group's ideology.
June 14, 2023, New York: A New York court sentenced a pro-Palestinian activist to 18 months in jail for an attack on a Jewish man two years ago. Waseem Awawdeh was one of five assailants who attacked Joey Borgen while he was walking to a pro-Israel rally in Manhattan in May 2021.
June 8, 2023, CAIR filed a lawsuit in the case of Yasser AbdelRahim, Sheikh Yassir Fazaga and Ali Malik, the plaintiffs in FBI v Fazaga. The FBI argues that all the plaintiffs’ claims alleging religious discrimination need to be dismissed because it has secret evidence that would exonerate the FBI if made public. Yassir Fazaga is currently a resident of Memphis, TN and is on staff at the Memphis Islamic Center and the Islamic Association of Greater Memphis.

According to the charging documents, Ventura provided multiple gift cards to an individual he believed was an ISIS supporter, with the intention that the gift cards be sold on the dark web for a little less than face value and resulting profits be used to support ISIS. Ventura allegedly stated that he wanted the proceeds to go to ISIS “for war on kuffar,” (disbelievers). In total, it is alleged that between January and May 2023, Ventura donated $705 intended to support ISIS.

Mahbub Ali, 26, of Queens faces charges of manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, assault and driving while intoxicated in the deadly Sunday night smash-up at East 21st Street and Third Avenue in Gramercy. It has not been determined if this was an act of Jihad or just a drunk Muslim.

According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Imad Eddin Wadi, 66, conspired to funnel funds to members and affiliates of U.S. designated foreign terrorist organizations, including al-Nusrah Front, a Syrian militant organization aligned with Al Qaeda.

May 23, 2023, New Jersey: ALEXEI SAAB, a/k/a “Ali Hassan Saab,” a/k/a “Alex Saab,” a/k/a “Rachid,” was sentenced today to 12 years in prison for receiving military-type training from Hizballah, marriage fraud, and making false statements. A jury convicted SAAB of those offenses in May 2022 after a two-week trial.
May 18, 2023, U.S. Borders: Fiscal year to date, US Border agents have apprehended 45 known suspected terrorists (KSTs) at ports of entry and 80 between ports of entry at the southern border, totaling 125. At the northern border, the numbers are still higher: 205 at ports of entry and two between ports of entry. So far, that’s 332 this fiscal year who’ve been apprehended trying to enter the U.S.
May 18, 2023, New York City; Not surprisingly, a New York City (liberal) jury did NOT give him the death penalty. Sayfullo Saipov, 34, of Uzbekistan, was sentenced to eight consecutive life sentences, two concurrent life sentences, and a consecutive sentence of 260 years in prison for carrying out a terrorist attack on Oct. 31, 2017, in the name of the Islamic State of Iraq (ISIS), in which Saipov used a truck to murder eight victims and injure many more on a bike path in lower Manhattan.

He did his Postdoctoral Scientist at the Tennessee Technological University from Feb 2017 – Oct 2018 for almost two years.
May 15, 2023, Otay Mesa, CA: On Wednesday, Border Patrol agents in San Diego arrested an Afghan Muslim national on the FBI’s Terror Watchlist who illegally crossed with a group of illegal aliens near Otay Mesa, CA, according to FOX News correspondent Bill Melugin. “I’m told FBI confirmed the match, & is leading investigation,” Melugin tweeted Sunday. According to a new report, 300 suspected terrorists have already been apprehended in fiscal year 2023.
May 15, 2023, Douglas, Arizona: Earlier Sunday, The Gateway Pundit reported that during a routine check at the Douglas, Arizona, port of entry, CBP officers discovered an improvised explosive device (IED) bound for the United States. Border Patrol turned over the device to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, and Homeland Security is leading the investigation.

09 MAY 2023, Tampa, FL: A Florida neo-Nazi who converted to Islam pleaded guilty Monday to murdering his roommates for disrespecting his faith. Devon Arthurs, now 24, agreed to a term of 45 years in prison in exchange for admitting his guilt for the 2017 shooting deaths of Jeremy Himmelman and Andrew Onseschuck inside a Tampa apartment.
08 MAY 2023, Fairfax, VA: A Fairfax County man who professed his support for violent jihad in online posts secretly wired thousands of dollars to Islamic State women overseas, hoping to smuggle them out of a Syrian refugee camp, the FBI alleged in a filing unsealed Friday. Mohammed Azharuddin Chhipa, 33, was charged with providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted. Chhipa was being held in jail after making an initial appearance in Alexandria federal court Friday, records show.

She is Raja Abdulrahim, who, when a college student, was helped by financial aid from CAIR, and she has remained loyal to that organization, an unindicted co-conspirator in the country’s largest terrorism financing trial. April 22, 2023, Brooklyn, NY: The Brooklyn man accused of beating a Jewish man in a hate attack in Midtown proclaimed from his jail cell that he would “do it again,” prosecutors said on Saturday. Waseem Awawdeh, 23, was held on $10,000 bail in the Thursday attack, in which he is accused of beating Joseph Borgen, 29, with crutches and punching, kicking and pepper-spraying him. Awawdeh was charged with assault as a hate crime, gang assault, menacing, aggravated harassment as a hate crime and criminal possession of a weapon. The Midtown attack was a hate crime, the Manhattan assistant district attorney told Paek, adding Awawdeh called Borgen a “dirty Jew” and said, “F–k Israel, Hamas is going to kill all of you.” [Additional source ]

According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Imad Eddin Wadi, 66, conspired to funnel funds to members and affiliates of U.S. designated foreign terrorist organizations, including al-Nusrah Front, a Syrian militant organization aligned with Al Qaeda.

A jury convicted SAAB of those offenses in May 2022 after a two-week trial.
May 18, 2023, U.S. Borders: Fiscal year to date, US Border agents have apprehended 45 known suspected terrorists (KSTs) at ports of entry and 80 between ports of entry at the southern border, totaling 125. At the northern border, the numbers are still higher: 205 at ports of entry and two between ports of entry. So far, that’s 332 this fiscal year who’ve been apprehended trying to enter the U.S.

Sayfullo Saipov, 34, of Uzbekistan, was sentenced to eight consecutive life sentences, two concurrent life sentences, and a consecutive sentence of 260 years in prison for carrying out a terrorist attack on Oct. 31, 2017, in the name of the Islamic State of Iraq (ISIS), in which Saipov used a truck to murder eight victims and injure many more on a bike path in lower Manhattan.

May 15, 2023, Otay Mesa, CA: On Wednesday, Border Patrol agents in San Diego arrested an Afghan Muslim national on the FBI’s Terror Watchlist who illegally crossed with a group of illegal aliens near Otay Mesa, CA, according to FOX News correspondent Bill Melugin. “I’m told FBI confirmed the match, & is leading investigation,” Melugin tweeted Sunday. According to a new report, 300 suspected terrorists have already been apprehended in fiscal year 2023.

08 MAY 2023, Fairfax, VA: A Fairfax County man who professed his support for violent jihad in online posts secretly wired thousands of dollars to Islamic State women overseas, hoping to smuggle them out of a Syrian refugee camp, the FBI alleged in a filing unsealed Friday. Mohammed Azharuddin Chhipa, 33, was charged with providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted. Chhipa was being held in jail after making an initial appearance in Alexandria federal court Friday, records show.

April 22, 2023, Brooklyn, NY: The Brooklyn man accused of beating a Jewish man in a hate attack in Midtown proclaimed from his jail cell that he would “do it again,” prosecutors said on Saturday. Waseem Awawdeh, 23, was held on $10,000 bail in the Thursday attack, in which he is accused of beating Joseph Borgen, 29, with crutches and punching, kicking and pepper-spraying him. Awawdeh was charged with assault as a hate crime, gang assault, menacing, aggravated harassment as a hate crime and criminal possession of a weapon. The Midtown attack was a hate crime, the Manhattan assistant district attorney told Paek, adding Awawdeh called Borgen a “dirty Jew” and said, “F–k Israel, Hamas is going to kill all of you.” [Additional source ]
