  • Note: she wasn’t freed because she’d been sold into marriage as a 12-yr.-old child to a husband who violently abused her, but because she was able to come up with the “blood money” payment demanded under Islamic Law. An international outcry over her case also helped draw attention to the injustice of it all.

This month’s newsletter brings us the usual litany of Islamic oppression of women in places under sway of sharia (Islamic Law). But increasingly troubling are the incidences of such behavior towards women in places once considered part of Western Civilization - in Europe and even in the U.S. as well. Unless countered, the plight of Women Under Sharia will only expand.
 
We’ll begin with stories from places like Egypt, Iran, and Kenya where Islam has long had influence and power.
 
“Christian Girl Harassed for Refusing Hijab — “They Looked at Me as if I Were Naked”, by Raymond Ibrahim at raymondibrahim.com, November 6, 2025
  • This is the story of a Christian girl in Egypt who came to school without wearing a hijab. Despite the fact that Egypt’s constitution promises ‘freedom of religion’, the reaction from fellow students and the school principal was shock and pressure to comply with Islamic norms.
 
“Iran: Prosecutor tells ‘chastity and hijab working group’ that ‘intensified hijab enforcement’ is coming” by Christine Douglass-Williams at Jihad Watch, October 23, 2025
  • The good news is that hijab enforcement is – at least for now – slacking off in Iran, possibly in the face of increasingly widespread refusal of Iranian women and girls to wear the headscarf.
 
“Victim of Child Marriage Faces Execution in Iran” at Center for Human Rights in Iran, November 13, 2025 
  • Forcibly married at age 12, Goli Kouhkan gave birth at 13 and at 18, killed her abusive husband during a violent domestic incident. Under Islamic law in Iran, such girls have zero legal protection against such abuse.  More here.
 
“IRGC Member Kills Woman Who Refused Marriage Demand in Western Iran” at Iran Wire, October 28, 2025 
  • Members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are among the regime’s elite forces. The woman in question was married when this IRGC member, who already had two wives, demanded she divorce her husband and marry him. He was arrested but outcome of the case not yet reported.

  • This is an especially disturbing story: little Iranian girls, no more than 8-10 years old, sing sweetly about child marriage, a horrifically-prevalent practice under Iran’s Islamic Law (sharia).

  • In fact, this mother and her children are at risk of murder, which is the legal penalty for apostasy under Islamic Law (sharia).

This is quite a litany of sharia horror this month. Notably, the abuses against women and girls are now almost as widespread in Europe as in traditionally Islamic countries. This is the result of decades of hijra, the mass migration of Muslims from all over the world to what were once Christian nations.

  • Increasingly across Europe, native citizen white women are not safe—and their governments do nothing to protect them from violent asylum seekers, many of whom are Muslim men from Islamic countries around the world.
 
“Man found guilty of murdering wife after stabbing her to death while she pushed their baby in pram” by George Bunn at GBNews, June 27, 2025
  • This happened in Britain, where the woman and her husband had immigrated from Bangladesh. She had fled an abusive relationship and sought shelter at a women’s refuge center where the man tracked her down. He was arrested and tried in British court where his sentence likely is life in prison. Had this happened in a place completely under Islamic Law (sharia), it is uncertain this husband would have faced such legal consequences as are still enforced in the UK.

  • His ‘crime’? He allegedly shared reports and footage of women’s protests and human rights issues in Afghanistan with foreign media outlets. Taliban know the way they suppress women under sharia violates international laws and norms; they just don’t want the rest of the world to see it.

  • Subjects removed are termed ‘anti-Islamic’ and include subjects like ‘National Flag,’ ‘Freedom,’ ‘National Unity,’ ‘Teacher’s Day,’ ‘Mother’s Day,’ ‘National Anthem,’ ‘Women’s Rights,’ and ‘Human Rights’. Let’s remember who helped to write the Taliban’s Afghan Constitution, published in 2004 that placed Afghans under Islamic Law: Noah Feldman, U.S. Department of State, former protégé of current Supreme Court Associate Justice Elena Kagan, when both were at Harvard Law School.

  • The Bangladeshi Muslims rallying to oppose proposed recommendations for ensuring equal rights, including for Muslim women are faithful, obedient Muslims who seek to prevent anything that could violate Islamic Law (sharia) – which brutally suppresses women.

  • This young girl, who had fled Islamic Pakistan for expected safety in Hindu India, had been assaulted and blackmailed into keeping quiet for years before finally telling her story to the police.

“Iranian Father Arrested for Killing 8-Year-Old Daughter” at Iran Wire, September 8, 2025
  • Of course, under Islamic Law, there is no legal penalty for a parent or grandparent who kills their own offspring. Iran’s Penal Code likewise exempt fathers from justice for killing their children.

  • This ‘temporary marriage law’ is a unique feature of Shi’a jurisprudence, originally established for the benefit of male pilgrims on long journeys to visit shrines of Shi’ite figures.

  • This case reportedly involves a Somali woman, originally from a Muslim family, who converted to Christianity. The child she had with her Christian father is deemed unwanted and subject to being killed by the Muslim family. Apostasy is a death penalty criminal offense under Islamic Law (sharia).

  • Incredible verdict, that follows up on an earlier post here - with the attempted murder actually caught on video. Parents got away with conviction on lesser charges, including second- and fourth-degree assault and violating a protective order. We may remind our readers that under Islamic Law (sharia), there is no legal penalty for a parent who kills their own child.
 
“Washington state: Judge forbids discussion of motive in honor killing case, father convicted of assault of daughter” by Robert Spencer at Jihad Watch, August 5, 2025 
  • This was clearly an attempted honor killing but the judge ruled against introducing anything about such motives on the excuse that it might “unfairly bias the jury”.

A post on X that confirms for us again that under Islamic Law (sharia), a Muslim man of any age may “marry” a baby, but is supposed to refrain from consummating that “marriage” until the girl is 9 years old, the age at which Muhammad raped his little girl “wife”.

  • This horrific story was covered by multiple major media outlets, including AP and the BBC, but none explained that, to this day, FGM is a legal obligation under the Islamic Sunni Shafi’i school of jurisprudence and either condoned, encouraged, or permitted under the Hanafi, Hanbali, and Maliki schools. Most Sunni Muslims in The Gambia belong to the Maliki school of jurisprudence. Additionally, under the Dawoodi Bohra sub-sect of Ismaili Shi’ite Islam, FGM is also obligatory.
 
“France: A father and his daughter, whose “too short” skirt was causing a nuisance, were beaten up and robbed on the platform by a couple wearing Islamic clothing” by Freda Lan at Medforth, August 5, 2025 
  • This happened in formerly Christian France. At least the perpetrators were arrested and held in pre-trial detention.

The Islamic Republic of Iran faces attack from multiple sides, none more threatening than from its own people. The Iranian Parliament first passed strict new “Chastity and Hijab” laws, but then backed off, at least temporarily. Women and girls in Iran still face brutal consequences for refusing to wear the hated hijab, but more and more are choosing to rebel.  The regime is losing its grip and the people know it. Again, too, the prime examples of such places are Afghanistan, India, Iran, and Pakistan, although as to be expected, such abuses are spreading across European countries now, too, where numbers of immigrants from these places are now preying on their host communities.

  • This month’s issue is dedicated to the women of Iran who suffer brutal abuse from their own government.
 
Our focus this month, appropriately enough as it turns out, is the Islamic Republic of Iran. As the following news items will attest, the jihadist regime of the mullahs is above all a misogynist regime. Fear of individually free, strong, independent women runs like a collective shiver through the clerical, judicial, Pasdaran, and police ranks of Iran. This is why the mass regime hysteria over Iranian women and girls who might show a bit of their hair – their hair! – sends them into a frenzy of assault, rape, and torture. This Iranian regime, even having lost its President and Foreign Minister in a helicopter accident this month, is incapable of normal, sane behavior towards its own people, most especially its women – and there is no chance for any change towards the better until this regime is replaced with a government of, by, and for the Iranian people.

This month, we have a series of articles documenting the ongoing, increasing atrocities being committed by the Taliban against Afghan women - including flogging and stoning. Flogging and stoning to death are Islamic Hudud punishments for a specific set of offenses enumerated in the Qur’an. This means that doctrinally speaking, Taliban human rights abuses are neither extremist nor radical, but horrific as they are, instead mainstream, orthodox obedience to the doctrine, laws, and scripture of Islam.

We’re all still dealing with the abominations committed by HAMAS and civilian Gazan jihadis on October 7, 2023. Israelis will be dealing with the horrors perpetrated against their women and girls for the rest of their lives. In fact, we should not, must not forget. Not now, during the month of March, which is Women’s History Month, and not ever. The theme running through all of this month’s articles is the dehumanization of women that seems hard-wired into Islamic Law (sharia)—or at least the way sharia culture is inculcated into the men who grow up under its influence.

Sexual violence against Iranian dissidents and protesters, both male and female, has been a recurring abuse documented throughout the now 45-year rule of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
