Your report is superficial. It may be based on 11 million pages of documents from HHS, but it doesn’t get to the heart of the matter. It merely describes what went on, but not why.
You have called this the ‘biggest scandal’ of your lifetime. Aren’t you the least bit curious as to why it all happened?
I started asking ‘why?’ five years ago. I filed a Freedom of Information Act case against HHS, but got nowhere.
The Biden Justice Department covered up for the skunks at HHS. The cover-up continued into the Trump administration. So much for RFK, Jr.’s “radical transparency”.
The judge in my FOIA case was unsympathetic, seizing on the thinnest of rationales to deny me the records I sought, even though We The People are supposed to be running this country.
Too much judicial filigree has grown up around the Freedom of Information Act for it to be of any use when it counts.
I tried to bring all this to your attention, but your subcommittee office turned me away. So now I’m putting my questions to you directly:
Who at HHS made the decision not to study COVID vaccine safety in any serious way after the problems became apparent, and why?
The swine flu vaccine was pulled from the market in 1975 after it was linked to 25 deaths. Inexplicably, regulators did not pull the COVID vaccines from the market despite links to some 39,000 deaths. Who made the decision to leave the COVID vaccines on the market, and why?
We The People have a right to know what our government was up to.
The case for making public the answers, and plausible explanations for HHS’ actions, are laid out here.
I will not rest until we know we why the injuriousness and lethality of the COVID vaccines were not studied in any serious way, why the vaccines were left on the market, why truthful information about the vaccines was suppressed, why medical professionals who spoke the truth were persecuted, and why public health authorities departed so dramatically from regulatory norms in the COVID era.
Senator Johnson, you are in the best position to get answers. Start digging!
