Results from the extensive Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) survey of undergraduate students show, unequivocally, that “the share of students identifying as a gender other than male or female - that is, as non-binary - peaked in 2023 and has halved in the 2 years since.” “The data suggest that trans was a social contagion that rose and fell. That means health practitioners who went along with transitioning permitted ideology to trump their responsibility to safeguard their patients from a fad, and to do no harm.”
The University of Buckingham’s Centre For Heterodox Social Science has just released “Report No. 5 The Decline of Trans and Queer Identity among Young Americans.” Politics Professor Eric Kaufmann found that the “share of young people not identifying as male or female (typically ticking the non-binary or questioning options) has declined substantially since its 2022-23 peak across 3 of 5 data sources.”
Endocrinologist, May Lau, has surrendered her medical license in Texas thanks to an investigation by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Lau continued providing cross-sex hormones to at least 21 gender-confused children violating the Texas law designed to protect gender-confused minors from experimental treatments.

A New England mother is asking the Rhode Island Supreme Court to strike down a regulation that allowed her daughter to “socially transition” genders at school without the mother’s consent. She only learned of the school’s actions after her daughter attempted to take her own life.
The U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has officially ruled that public schools cannot force students to use “preferred pronouns.” The court made clear that schools may not compel students to affirm beliefs they do not hold or punish them for using pronouns consistent with biological sex.

President Trump expanded Reagan’s abortion-directed Mexico City Policy to prohibit U.S. funding for foreign organizations that promote gender ideology initiatives. For example, the State Department is ending a $2 million grant to fund gender-affirming operations in Guatemala.
Advancing American Freedom has asked the Federal Trade Commission to investigate schools’ use of federal funding to encourage “gender-affirming care” for kids through their use of misinformation and deception to encourage treatments that cause “life-long harm.”

A National Review investigation revealed that Planned Parenthood hosted a workshop titled “Queer 101: Introduction to Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation” at its clinic in Kalamazoo, Michigan, earlier this year. The session, aimed at teens as young as 13, included detailed instructions on “how to get around parental permission requirements” for hormone therapy and accessing gender-affirming care discreetly.
The Washington Parents’ Network has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho over its "gender affirming services."
Netflix LGBT content for very young children shows the movement was always about coming after kids
