Secret Government Still Reigns at HHS
- ‘Radical Transparency’ This Is Not

COVID Crimes & Cover-Ups attempted to follow up on the recent revelations about HHS’ interactions with the CIA that were made public in the course of Senator Rand Paul’s committee investigation of Anthony Fauci.
A request for an interview was sent to HHS propounding specific questions raised by the revelations.
There was no response.
Regrettably, HHS remains recalcitrant in COVID vaccine safety matters. It has been widely reported that HHS deliberately hid safety signals from the public in the COVID era. Five years ago, a FOIA case was filed in federal court seeking records from HHS regarding the decisions it made not to study COVID vaccine safety in any serious way. HHS, with the help of the Justice Department and a federal judge, has successfully stonewalled the case (which is still pending with respect to the FDA). Five years later, in failing to respond to the current interview request, HHS still refuses to disclose important information about COVID vaccine safety. The change from the Biden administration to the Trump administration, surprisingly, has not changed HHS’ position. The veil of secrecy has remained the same.
According to government records (VAERS), over 39,000 people have died within 14 days of COVID vaccination, and another 1.6 million were injured. But we still don’t know why HHS and the rest of the federal government hid the safety problems and pushed the COVID vaccines on an unsuspecting American public so aggressively (e.g., spending almost a billion dollars to push the phony narrative ‘the COVID vaccines are safe and effective’ in the media).
One plausible theory is that the ultimate motivation was to keep COVID vaccine royalties flowing to NIH (another HHS component) and to NIH scientists, which ran in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Another plausible theory is that intelligence and defense officials asked the public health authorities at HHS to provide a testbed to see how quickly a mRNA vaccine could be rolled out to the entire public to gauge how well mRNA technology could meet a future biothreat. (mRNA technology is like a rocket ship, all you have to do is change the payload at the top with a few spike proteins from a novel pathogen and you’re ready to go.)
Information developed by Rand Paul’s committee about the decades of collaboration between HHS and bioweapons defense officials lends credence to the latter theory.
The public has a right to know whether HHS records exist that would prove or disprove either theory. We are not supposed to have secret government in this country which is a constitutional republic where We the People are sovereign. We are supposed to receive all information necessary to make our sovereign decisions (see the ‘Why Do We Have Free Speech’ video here).
In Detroit Free Press v. Ashcroft, 303 F.3d 681 (6th Cir. 2002), the court wrote:
HHS has never invoked national security or any other legal rationale to justify keeping its decisions relating to COVID vaccine safety secret.
But secret government at HHS is what we have, Secretary Kennedy’s empty promises about ‘radical transparency’ notwithstanding. Radical secrecy more accurately describes the situation.
This is shameful. Add your voice to those demanding HHS records about safety studies and other COVID vaccine safety decisions so We the People can get the information we need to decide for ourselves the truth or falsity of the government’s assertions the next time it wants to foist epic COVID era-like Crimes & Cover-Ups on us in the name of public health.

Senator Rand Paul’s committee investigation found that the CIA and NIAID (HHS) have had an arrangement for the study of dangerous pathogens for biodefense purposes going back decades. Also, records show NIH was collaborating with defense officials regarding bioweapon response as early as 2002.
Moreover, published news reports indicate the CIA was interested in and cognizant of issues relating to the COVID virus by 2020, including natural immunity. In addition, Fauci and the CIA communicated regarding the origin of the COVID virus.
These findings, records, and reports beg the question of whether HHS interacted with the CIA, other intelligence agencies, or defense officials regarding other aspects of the COVID virus and COVID vaccine safety issues.

Did HHS discuss COVID vaccine safety issues with the CIA, other intelligence agencies, or defense officials?
Did HHS perform COVID vaccine safety studies (published or unpublished) at the request of the CIA, other intelligence agencies, or defense officials?
Did the CIA, other intelligence agencies, or defense officials ask HHS to cover up safety issues with the COVID vaccines?
Was the reason HHS did not study COVID vaccine safety in any serious way because the CIA, other intelligence agencies, or defense officials wanted a testbed for assessing how well mRNA technology might meet future biothreats?
Did the CIA pay HHS to stay quiet about COVID vaccine safety issues? If so, how much? How is that legal?
