The Laughable Left Tries to Imitate the Tea Party
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Tea Party Patriots co-founder Jenny Beth Martin wrote in the Washington Times pointing out differences between the Tea Party and the anti-Trumper ‘resist’ movement:
Beware Fake Tea – It Looks Like a Gadsden Flag, But It’s Not
The Soros-backed radical Left group ‘Resist’ is offering free Gadsden flag bumper stickers with the word ‘Resist’ embedded. Fairfax Free Citizen Real Tea Partiers won’t be fooled, but beginners might. By the way, isn’t the EEOC looking into whether the Gadsden flag is ‘racist’? Why would the ‘resisters’ want to be associated with a racist symbol, hmm? Answer: The EEOC case is a crock and the ‘resisters’ pathetic attempt at fake Tea is a crock, too.

- The Tea Party objected to policies, not a person.
- The ‘resist’ movement has Big Money behind it; the Tea Party is true grassroots.
- The Tea Party does not smash property, break laws, or leave a mess behind at its rallies, unlike ‘resist’.
- The Tea Party has a proven track record of victories and success. All ‘resist’ has is a lot of hot air and camera-grabbing stunts (blow up the White House – really, Madonna?)
- The Tea Party has a clear agenda; ‘resist’ is just floundering around.
